We only sell Companion/Performance pets. You would receive AKC (American Kennel Club) limited registration papers.

Puppies are placed with up-to-date shots and worming.

Your puppy will be well socialized with animals as well as people.  Your puppy will be born in our home with an abundance of loving human contact.  Not only would your puppy be around other dogs and lots of people but would also be introduced to our two large rag doll cats.

We will begin potty training. 

Please feel free to contact us regarding any questions with potty training, feeding,  or any other question that we might be able to help you with.

Accepted Form of Payments

Deposits can be made by using the paypal on the website or cash.  Cash is only accepted in person.  Do not make a deposit unless you hear me with an offer of a specific puppy or pick and stating that I will accept your deposit for said puppy/pick.  Deposits are non-refundable.  It is deducted from the total.

Also if you are paying for the balance due by personal check, make sure you give at least 3 weeks for your personal check to clear.  Paypal use is strictly for deposits only.

No puppy will be handed over to new owner if the puppy hasn't been paid in full.

Payment made by checks will be accepted no later than 3 weeks before the day of pick up. 

Deposit/Reservation

No deposit is necessary to purchase a puppy, however with a non-refundable deposit of $250.00 you can reserve a puppy.

Do not make a deposit unless you hear from me with an offer of a specific puppy/pick and stating that I will accept your deposit for said puppy/pick.

Reservations are in the order of deposit.

Your non-refundable reservation deposit will be deducted from the total sales amount of the puppy sale.

A non-refundable deposit is required before a puppy can be placed on reservation.

Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits insure you get a puppy sooner rather than later - first come first serve so to speak. 

We reserve the right of first pick of the litter on each litter born.
